Remote Plug-in Control of Charging Station
Scene Introduction
Targeting scenarios such as new energy stations, autonomous driving charging stations, and unmanned park charging stations, we rely on the sequential intelligent HFD-6 portable force feedback device to collaborate with a robotic arm to build a remote plug-in and remote operation system for charging stations. The operator can remotely control the robotic arm from the remote safety control room to complete the automatic docking of the charging gun, fault removal of the gun, and alignment and plugging of the charging head; When the autonomous charging robot encounters abnormal working conditions such as alignment deviation and foreign object obstruction, it supports manual remote intervention and takeover operations to solve the pain point of insufficient ability of fully automatic equipment to cope with complex on-site environments.
Product Integration Point
• Equipped with remote master-slave control with force feedback, real-time sensing of insertion and removal force, to avoid damage to the charging interface due to hard contact.
• Order force intelligence capability feedback equipment supports integration and adaptation with various types of robotic arms.
• Real time tactile feedback, precise control of insertion and extraction stroke, clamping force, protecting the charging gun and charging dock.
• Remote intervention and operation by the operator when the intelligent charging robot encounters obstacles
Applied Value
- Realize remote operation and maintenance of unmanned charging stations 24/7, reducing on-site personnel on duty;
- Remote flexible plug and unplug control reduces charging interface collision and wear, and extends equipment service life;
- Severe rain, snow, and high temperature outdoor environments do not require personnel to work on site, improving operation and maintenance safety;
- Compensate for the adaptability shortcomings of automated robot scenarios and improve the overall operational stability of the charging system.
