Solution to Missing DLL During Demo Runtime
Problem Description:
Demo will prompt during runtime:
1. Unable to continue executing code as VCRUNTIME140D.dll cannot be found. Reinstalling the program may solve this problem.
2. Unable to continue executing code as MSVCP140D.dll cannot be found. Reinstalling the program may solve this problem.
3. Due to the inability to find ucrtbased.dll, code execution cannot continue. Reinstalling the program may solve this problem. This is due to the fact that some system versions are installed without the dynamic link library installed by default.
As shown in the following figure:
Terms of Settlement:
Open the USB document and navigate to the 9-External Module - Missing DLL folder.
Copy the DLL files from System32 to the following folder on C drive, as shown in the following figure.
Copy the DLL files from SysWOW64 by hand to the following folder on the C drive, as shown in the following figure.

Solution to Equipment Recognition Issues
Problem Description
After connecting the power adapter and USB cable of the device, turn on the power. In the device manager of the computer, the following yellow exclamation mark appears in the device driver descriptor.
Solution Steps:
1. Right click on the device descriptor STMicroelectronics Virtual COM Port under the port and select it from the pop-up shortcut menu
Click on 'Update Driver Program'. As shown in the following figure:
2. Click on 'Browse My Computer to Find Drivers' in the pop-up dialog box. As shown in the following figure:
3. Click on 'Let me select (L) from the list of available drivers on my computer' in the dialog box that pops up next. As shown in the following figure:
4. In the pop-up dialog box, select 'STMicroelectronics Virtual COM Port' from the driver list and click 'Next'.
5. The system updates the device driver and shows that Windows has successfully updated your driver, indicating completion.
6. In the device manager, you can see that the yellow exclamation mark on the corresponding device descriptor has disappeared.
