HFD-7 is a seven degree of freedom high-precision force sensing interaction device innovatively upgraded by Sequential Intelligence based on the classic six degree of freedom force feedback architecture. It is specially designed for remote operation and simulation scenarios with strict requirements for gripping force rendering. On the basis of providing six degrees of freedom pose capture and omnidirectional 3D force feedback, the device also integrates active clamping feedback degrees of freedom, which can accurately simulate the opening and closing actions of the thumb and index finger of a human hand, achieving high rendering of force sensation for grasping, pinching, pressing and other operations. It supports bidirectional clamping force feedback output, allowing users to obtain a tactile interaction experience consistent with the real scene during operation.
To adapt to different operating habits and the need for dual hand collaboration, HFD-7 provides exclusive left/right hand configurations. Both versions adopt ergonomic optimization design, fully fitting the natural range of motion of the corresponding hand, supporting symmetrical deployment of both hands to build a remote control console, achieving left and right hand collaborative operations, greatly improving operational efficiency and immersion in complex scenes.

-
Clamp The EndThe end is designed with a clamping mechanism, which can be used for object clamping operations and is suitable for application scenarios such as cutting/clamping. -
Parallel MechanismThe high stiffness mechanism ensures a stable handling experience. -
Cartesian Coordinate SystemSDK takes the fixed platform as the origin and can fully access the position and posture information of the joystick in space. -
Gravity CompensationHelps improve the comfort of the user's grip and lifting experience when operating the device. -
High Precision Force Feedback4 degrees of freedom variable force feedback, feel the stiffness of virtual objects or the force exerted by robots from the end. -
Easy to OperateDirectly use when powered on, no need for manual calibration. -
Operation and Translational Force FeedbackDevice operation distinguishes between left and right hands, providing force feedback for spatial translation direction and end clamping direction. -
Two Handed or Multi Handed OperationProvide SDK interface and implementation demo for dual/multi handed operation.
